Shipping Policy

• The average processing time for customized orders can take up to 5-7 business days and after that it gets shipped which takes up to 4 days. 
• The average processing time for non-customized orders can take up to 4-7 business days and after that it gets shipped which takes up to 4 days. 
• The working business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends. 
  
• No orders can be cancelled once it enters the processing timeline
• We have multiple logistics company tied with us to deliver the products according to the product, size, pin code and country. 
• We offer express delivery at additional cost. 
• Express shipping does take some time but less as compared to standard shipping timeline. In express, it takes 1-2 days to prepare and 1-3 days to reach the final delivery location. 
• Please note: In express, the mode of the parcel changes from surface to air. The additional payment for express is for early processing of order and the express charges taken by the courier company. 
• Address change can be done only before final dispatching of your order and same has to be informed on orders
• A tracking link is generated and sent to you via SMS and mail once the package is ready to be dispatched.
• PLEASE NOTE: If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or rejection, and the customer later requests it to be re-shipped, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping Available On Request

Please note: If a customer wants one day delivery through, services like porter, borzo, uncle delivery then the charges will be beared by the customer itself. Only normal shipping is taken care by the brand.
